Meet at the greenspace at Leota St & Tanana Ln, Whistlebend
Join the Yukon Invasive Species Council and the Whistlebend Neighbourhood Association for a community weed pull in Whistlebend.
We’ll begin with a short plant ID overview, covering how to tell common native plants apart from invasive species in the area, and what we’ll be looking for on the ground.
After that, we’ll head into the greenspace to pull invasive plants and help care for the site together.
